There is something mystic about trees. When you listen closely you will here the stories they tell. When you look closely you will see the memories they hold within. This little forest of trees is on a farm in the Hemel & Aarde Valley close to Hermanus called Tierkloof. They tell a story of child play, of farm life and a mystical presence of a life lived. I believe they hold the secret about things we can only dream about.

Affirm life's magic
Be graceful in the wind
Stand tall after a storm
Feel refreshed after it rains
Grow strong without notice
Be prepared for each season
Provide shelter to strangers
Hang tough through a cold spell
Emerge renewed at the first signs of spring
Stay deeply rooted while reaching for the sky
Be still long enough to
hear your own leaves rustling.
